By rustling up more solutions than ever before, the new Rustlers hot vending machine was a first for Options and is extending our clients hot food offering, without the expense of operating a full canteen. Also, we continued to grow our technology offer by investing in smart fridges, contactless payment technology, and telematic stock tracking.
We got: Going
More stylishly than ever before, our “Thirst Response” team hit the road in a brand-new fleet of vehicles, helping us deliver great machines, great service and greener fuel efficiency.
We got: Accreditation
Both AVA and Safe Contractor accreditations were achieved and our procedures and practices bear their stamp of approval.
We got: Supportive
It’s great to see the Kidsgrove Athletic Falcons u11s football team all decked out in Options Management branded gear. Local grounds including Madeley White Star and Newcastle Town proudly display Options vending solutions hoarding. Giving back to the community is one of the best vends we do!
We got: Sociable
We had rather a hot social life in 2024, with our team curry night and by dancing the night away at the Christmas party. At Options, we consider ourselves the “best of vends”!
We got: Networking
In July we attended the LACA education conference and the Ross Foundation Sports Day. Caterlink National Conference was the perfect platform to touch base with our national contacts in October. We continue to see an support our existing vending and micro market contracted customers on a regular basis.
We got: Even Greener
By implementing a carbon reduction plan we’ve committed to achieve net zero by 2050 AND we’re getting our customers on board too, by educating and facilitating partners with recycling initiatives. Options is STILL the only vending company to take away and recycle cups, bottles and cans directly from the point of purchase.
We got: More contracts
Successfully tendered for the NHS framework and Yorkshire purchasing framework, among others! We also won new vending contracts and ended the year on a high by installing a new micro market.
And finally…
We’re getting ready to get going on even more exciting adventures in 2025.
